When can I expect my order to reach me?

We strive to get your order to reach you in the shortest time we can. Delivery will be made within 3 business days (If your order is made after 6pm, the first business day starts on the next business day) between 10am-10pm while we make sure we get your order right and packed before passing them on to the courier man. We will contact you to arrange for a preferred delivery date and time.

Can I self-collect my purchases?

Yes of course! You can make your collection at 290R Joo Chiat Road, just drop us a text that you're coming! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please email us at heygoodcat@bubbly-petz.com with your shipping address and the items of your interest, we'll get back to you on the total bill inclusive of international shipping!

What is your exchange/return policy

We only accept exchanges due to manufacturing defects. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled). Please provide the original invoice as proof of purchase from www.heygoodcat.com
